We are aware some people may be having problems logging in, signing up, or viewing their Council Tax bill online.
We are working to fix it as quickly as we can.
You do not need contact the council about this problem. We will share an update as soon as the service is working again.

Viewing your Council Tax account online
You can use the online service to:
- view your Council Tax account
- check the Council Tax band or rateable value of your property
- switch to paperless billing
Register for an online account
To register for an online account, you will need:
- Name
- Mobile phone number
- your Council Tax account number - you can find this on the right hand side of your bill under your address.
- your online key - you will find this on the back of your most recent Council Tax bill
